About the Builder

Marshall Berry, owner and founder of JMB Construction, LLC, is a native to Chattanooga and has been building homes for almost 20 years.  Marshall is a stickler for quality, and you can find him on the job site daily; checking in on things and making sure that everything is done and done well.  He believes in process and doing things right the first time.

Blackstone Creek is truly a passion project and is several years in the making.  As he looked to draw inspiration for the neighborhood, Marshall knew he wanted to feature styling seen more predominantly in the western mountain region.  Each home has been personally crafted and designed to support both function and style. The hope is that each person coming through the neighborhood is able to recognize the extra level of detail and care taken as the homes are meticulously designed and built.  The vision behind Blackstone Creek is one of innovation and dedication to the highest of standards and quality. 

When Marshall is not working you can find him hunting, fishing, or spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
